芋头: 300克, 米粉: 130克, 太白粉: 20克, 沙拉油: 2大匙, 开水: 300毫升, 盐: 1茶匙, 细砂糖: 1茶匙, 白胡椒粉: 1/2茶匙, 油葱酥: 15克
步骤
1将米粉、太白粉过筛于玻璃碗中,加入所有调味料及沙拉油混合,再加入开水300毫升

5将芋头丝加入作法3的米浆中搅拌均匀为芋头丝糊

6蒸锅水烧热,将磨具放入蒸锅,垫上干净的纱布,倒入作法5的芋头丝糊

7作法6蒸锅中的芋头丝糊抹平,盖上锅盖,以大火蒸约40分钟
