原料
芒果浆: 600克, 淡奶油: 300克, 鱼胶: 15克, 柠檬汁: 10克, 消化饼干: 150克, 黄油: 60克, QQ糖: 100克, 橙汁: 100克, 流心部分芒果浆: 120克
步骤
1将消化饼干用搅拌机搅碎,黄油隔水加热与消化饼干搅匀,拿一个八寸活底蛋糕模具,把搅拌好的消化饼干铺底压实,放冰箱冷藏

2将鱼胶隔水融化倒入芒果浆中搅匀

3淡奶油打发至有纹路马上消失的状态与芒果浆搅拌均匀

4这是拌匀后的状态

5取出蛋糕模具倒入三分之二的芒果浆中间挖出个小坑,倒入流心
