1提前把所有材料准备好

2核桃切碎备用

3切碎的核桃仁放进烤箱150度烤10分钟左右,有香味即可

4室温软化的黄油打发到蓬松羽毛状的状态

5然后加入糖粉继续低速打发

7加入鸡蛋继续打发均匀

8筛入低筋面粉和盐

9把烤好的核桃碎放进去

10搅拌到没有干粉的状态

11利用油纸,在模具里面整好形状,放冰箱冷冻一个钟

12冻好以后拿出来切成0.5cm左右的饼干块,在烤盘上摆好

13放进预热好的烤箱,上下火170度,烘烤20分钟左右

小技巧
1.面团不能过度搅拌,以免起筋 2.烤到两面上色就是烤好了 3.我用的是PE5459烤箱,大家使用别的品牌的烤箱时注意适当调整烘烤温度
