小技巧
1、豆腐裹生粉炸下,炸老点的话就有点油豆腐的感觉,我炸的比较嫩哈,感觉口感软糯些 2、放生抽一方面增鲜味,一方面增加番茄汁的颜色,不要多哈,别变成酱油汤了。 3、不用勾芡的,豆腐裹着生粉,基本上煮出来自然就汤汁稠了
