8寸戚風蛋糕胚: 1個, 奶油: 400g, 細砂糖: 60g, 草莓: 適量, 工具:: , 裱花袋: 1個, 裱花嘴: 1個
步驟
1準備材料~

2打發奶油: 奶油倒入盆中,加入細砂糖,打發奶油,稍微打硬些出現直角即可~

3草莓洗凈控水,拿出3個草莓對半切開,適量草莓切成小丁~

4將蛋糕胚一份為二~

6奶油裝入裱花袋中(花嘴就是這樣噠)~ 另一半蛋糕胚覆蓋上面~ 將蛋糕抹平~ 在蛋糕上擠上一圈花紋~
