2酵母倒入牛奶液中,攪拌均勻成牛奶酵母液~

3將牛奶酵母液倒入麵粉盆中,攪成絮狀倒入植物油,和成光滑的麵糰,蓋上保鮮膜放溫暖處發酵至2倍大~

4發酵好的麵糰,用手指蘸著麵粉戳一下不回縮不塌陷就發好啦~ 用手將麵糰反覆揉搓~ 像搓洗衣服一樣一直揉搓~ 直至揉到麵糰很軟又有彈性即可~

5❤自己吃沒有放披薩盤中,直接放油紙上製作~ 案板上鋪好油紙,放上麵糰~ 將麵糰擀成均勻薄厚的餅皮~ 邊緣整形捲起~ 用叉子在餅身叉滿小眼(防止烤時鼓起來)~

6將餅皮放入烤盤內~

7烤箱預熱190°,上下火,中層,烤3–5分鐘定型即可~
