原料
南瓜(最好老南瓜): 300g, 低筋麵粉: 150g, 粘米粉(也可以全用麵粉): 50g, 糖: 15g, 酵母: 3g, 紅棗(喜歡什麼乾果都可以): 數粒, 溫水(泡酵母用): 約80ml
步驟
1南瓜去皮,切小塊,上鍋蒸熟,另外把酵母先用溫水泡開待用,把麵粉和粘米粉混合待用
2借用工具搗成南瓜泥

3倒入泡開的酵母,拌勻

4加入混合的麵粉和粘米粉,拌勻

5拌好的發糕漿

6倒入模具,用東西蓋上,進行發酵(夏天我就室溫發酵,冬天可借用烤箱發酵,約1-2小時

7發酵好的發糕液,擺上乾果裝飾下,鍋里水開後放入鍋中蒸上30分鐘左右

8蒸的時候記得拿個東西蓋下,避免水氣滴入
