豬肉餡: 500克, 澱粉: 兩勺, 雞蛋: 一隻, 蔥姜蒜: , 郫縣豆瓣醬: 三勺, 醬油: 勺, 白糖: 克, 鹽:
步驟
1準備好豬肉餡,加入適量澱粉,鹽,雞蛋和一點薑末去腥攪拌均勻備用

3鍋倒入多一點油燒熱,然後再把準備好的肉餡擠成丸子放油鍋里炸至金黃色(炸的時候關中火)
