小技巧
菜末可以用任何蔬菜,白菜末,洋蔥末等等都可以,分量也可以增加,只要可以捏成團,味道好怎麼折騰都行 裹麵粉是為了煎的時候成型方便,不容易鬆散 肉糜可以用比較肥的,味道會比較香,加水攪上勁口感會比較好
