原料
牛肉片: 200g(火鍋用), 板豆腐: 1/2盒(切成3cm大小的正方形), 洋蔥: 1/2(切絲), 蒟蒻絲: 100g, 清酒: 50cc, 水: 50cc, 糖: 1大勺, 醬油: 1.5大勺
步驟
1牛肉在中間切成容易吃的大小,在中間切一下即可

2開始做「燒豆腐」(Yakitofu),平底不粘鍋,不需要放油之間煎豆腐塊,使之兩邊成金黃色即可

3平底鍋加少許油,放入牛肉片,中火煎到微微變色後加入洋蔥絲,炒成洋蔥變透明

4煮開一鍋水,放入蒟蒻絲焯一下水即可去掉腥味
