原料
粗麵條: 大概半斤, 玉米油: 適量, 蔥姜蒜: 適量, 泡菜: 100克, 火腿腸: 2根, 娃娃菜: 適量, 包菜: 適量, 老抽: 少量, 老乾媽: 一勺
步驟
1蔥姜蒜按扁切絲,火腿切片,娃娃菜包菜切絲,泡菜拿出備用(我用的是袋裝的泡菜,切好絲的,一袋200克,大概還剩一半都放啦)

2冷水下麵條燒開即瀝水沖涼水備用(我放到冷水中了,炒的時候再瀝干,怕坨了)

3熱鍋熱油下蔥姜蒜,我不吃薑蒜沒放,油也放的少

小技巧
1.炒菜過程中我沒有放鹽,泡菜和老乾媽的味道足夠了,快炒好的時候挑兩根麵條嘗嘗味,不行再加鹽! 2.蔬菜我覺得都能放,洋蔥,胡蘿蔔,青菜,金針菇,木耳啥的,肉也一樣,培根,火腿,金槍魚,發揮你的想像力!
