原料
大米: 200g, 蓮藕: 1節, 豬肉餡: 200g, 澱粉: 2勺, 清水: 250ml, 胡蘿蔔: 1根, 蔥: 3顆, 生薑: 2片, 蚝油: 2勺, 料酒: 3勺, 白糖: 半勺, 雞精: 適量, 鹽: 適量
步驟
1將所有食材洗凈,蓮藕去皮切片(切的時候注意先切厚點然後在中間切一下但不切斷)

2胡蘿蔔、生薑、香蔥分別切碎放入內膽

3將豬肉餡放入裝有胡蘿蔔碎的內膽中,然後依次放入蚝油、白糖、澱粉、雞精、料酒、鹽拌勻

4將拌好的肉餡填在藕片中間,放入內膽

5往底座添加約300ml(max水位線)的水
