大蝦: 250克, 大蔥: 1段, 生薑: 4片, 蒜頭: 4瓣, 花椒: 5克, 干辣椒: 15-20克, 芹菜: 1棵, 飯爺佐飯香牛蘑王辣醬: 2-3大勺, 米酒(料酒/黃酒): 1大勺, 生抽: 1大勺, 糖: 1小勺, (調味料僅供參考): 請根據自己口味調整
步驟
1備料:大蝦洗凈,剪須,挑出背後的蝦線;大蔥、干辣椒切段、姜和蒜切片;香芹切段備用。
