北豆腐: , 瘦豬肉: , 木耳: , 雞蛋: , 香菜: , 蔥: , 豆瓣醬: , 醬油: , 醋: , 白糖: , 鹽:
步驟
1將豆腐切片(厚薄半公分),瘦肉剁碎,木耳剁碎,雞蛋打散,把適量豆瓣醬、少許醬油、醋還有白糖調入一個容器中,攪拌均勻備用

2將切好的豆腐均勻的裹上雞蛋液

3起油鍋,油溫7成熱時放入裹好蛋液的豆腐片

4煎至兩面金黃盛出備用

5另起油鍋,放入剁好的瘦肉滑散

9緊接著放入木耳碎同炒
