在中国过年的时候一般会吃饺子。其实饺子在英语里叫Dumplings为什么呢?是因为中国的饺子跟美国南方的叫Dumplings的食物很相似,所以中国的饺子也会叫Dumplings。那美国的Dumplings是什么样的呢?
原料
带骨头的鸡大腿 4-5个, 鸡翅 4-5个, 小洋葱 2个, 胡萝卜 2-3根, 芹菜 一根, 鸡汤底 6杯, 雪利酒,绍兴酒或者苹果汁 1/4杯, Parsley(欧芹)(可以代用 1/4杯, 大豆油 2大勺, 中筋面粉 2杯, 的黄油 4个大勺, Buttermilk(酪乳) 3/4杯, 蛋清 1个, 白砂糖 1小勺, 盐 1小勺, 苏打粉 半小勺
步骤
1先把胡萝卜、洋葱、和芹菜切丁

2然后在鸡腿和鸡翅上撒上盐和胡椒粉

3在一个大锅里放油,开中高火

4热了放入鸡腿,皮要朝下

5煎到皮开始变脆。这要5-7分钟

6然后翻个面再煎

7鸡肉放一边

8把锅里80%左右的油去掉

10用中高火煎到变浓

11再加入酒、鸡汤底、鸡腿和鸡翅,把它煮沸

12然后把火关小,煮50分钟左右
