小技巧
1、黄油加热,千万不要煮沸,以免水分流失,影响配方。(如果担心掌握不好,可以隔水融化); 2、可以自选喜欢的坚果~ 也可以做最后拌完面粉后,加入坚果碎一起拌近面糊,但切忌过多搅拌! 3、最后棉花糖上色即可出炉,不要严格遵守烘烤的时间,观察棉花糖上色状态即可。
