步骤
1豆腐切小块

2豆腐块入锅,加4g盐,加凉水刚好没过豆腐,水开2~3分钟后盛出备用。

7小火,加入肥肉沫,迅速翻炒

11豆腐块入锅,轻轻翻炒,注意不要把豆腐弄碎了

13加葱末,为了好看

14一勺淀粉加水

15倒入水淀粉,边倒边搅拌

16搅拌均匀后出锅,在上面撒一层麻椒面,大功告成!

小技巧
麻婆豆腐是我的最爱,但本人是回民,外面饭馆的麻婆豆腐都是猪肉沫,于是向成都的亲戚讨了菜谱自炒自吃。其实我家里炒都是用的羊肉沫,不过很多人不喜欢吃羊肉,所以换成牛肉也可以的,不多说了,吃饭去喽~
