小技巧
1.一定要冷油加白糖不停搅拌 2.糖沫子不变色可把火开大一些,注意防烫! 3.大葱青椒和蒜瓣一定要等鸡块和土豆熟了加入,翻炒几下即可,大葱去腥,青椒味纯色鲜。
