高筋面粉 300g, 酵母 4g, 细砂糖 30g, 盐 2g, 奶粉 15g, 蛋液 40g, 淡奶油 30g, 水 115g, 黄油 20g, 蛋液适量 装饰
步骤
1将除黄油外所有材料揉成光滑的面团,加入切成小块的黄油揉到扩展阶段,包上保鲜膜进行基础发酵到两倍大。将面团取出排气分成25g一个,5个一组,松驰5分钟
