5取一小块面图搓成条状,切成小剂子,再搓成小圆子按压,剩余的面团还是放在保鲜膜里。

6搓成小圆子可以直接烤,烤箱提前预热150度上下火

7或者按压成玛格丽特的形状,烤盘铺油纸或硅胶垫,入烤箱,150度上下火20分钟,再转160度5分钟上色,每家烤箱脾气不一样,要注意观察别烤过了[偷笑]

8烤好后取出散热,完毕后立即装入密封的容器中避免返潮,烤好后口感是酥脆的,旺仔小馒头的味道,大宝宝咀嚼能力强,不会被噎到,搓成小圆子后直接烤,就能烤出旺仔小馒头啦[呲牙]
