1日本豆腐切断裹一层淀粉

2油锅烧热,放进裹好淀粉的日本豆腐

3炸的时候要随时翻动,避免烧焦(在裹剩下的日本豆腐没有翻动有点烧糊了)

4炸到金黄色就可以出锅了

5番茄切丁,蒜头和葱切碎备用

6锅里留点底油烧热,把蒜末葱末倒进去炒香,再倒进番茄加点盐炒出汁

7倒进炸好的日本豆腐,小心翻,(人家可是很娇嫩的)加入适量的生抽和鸡精,再加一点点水可以让豆腐更入味,小火煮一会儿收汁
