1水开后倒掉,淘洗一遍(去血沫)

2油温上来了,放入两块生姜和排骨翻炒(去腥)待肉炒熟至表皮微焦,放入适量辣椒、豆瓣酱、大蒜

3排骨最好盛出后再炒料,避免粘锅

4料出香味儿后,放入排骨翻炒,再加入适量水(最好没过排骨)水沸腾后加入适量盐

5水沸腾大约五分钟后,加入土豆后盖上锅盖,中火焖煮大约15分钟

6土豆焖熟后调至小火收汁,加入长葱(不小心被我切成短葱了?)、味精、鸡精等调料(姐姐怀孕,我就不放了)翻炒
