6加入水,水与芸豆持平或略微超过都可,放适量盐,盖盖焖煮

7水开后放入土豆,搅匀,改小火继续盖盖焖煮,等到闻到香味了,就掀盖用铲子翻一翻,感受一下土豆有没有熟透,差不多就可以呈盘了
