2鸡蛋打到碗里,这里一定不要搅,直接下一步

3加入30度左右的温水,水和鸡蛋液比例是1.5:1或2:1,加盐

4这个时候才开始搅匀,直接有很多小泡在上面,把泡沫撇掉

5大火把水烧开,然后把收羹放到锅里盖上盖蒸7分钟,加入海参段再盖上盖蒸3分钟,关火闷2分钟后出锅,在上面洒上些葱花,淋上香油和酱油就可以开动了,比豆腐还要嫩,按着这步骤保证可以0失败哦

6嫩嫩的鸡蛋,继续葱油面

7热锅下油,待油温起来后放葱花,煎至葱花变焦黄

9煮面条
