小技巧
1.刚放入油锅时,不要用筷子翻动,以免面包糠掉落 2.小朋友吃的话,可以把鸡肉切成肉蓉,再揉成圆团 3.想要口感更香酥,可以将鸡肉炸至金黄出锅,再大火将油烧至8成热,回锅炸10秒
