肥牛: 一盒, 金针菇: 一把, 青椒: 适量, 小米辣: 适量, 姜葱蒜: , 酱油、白醋、蚝油、盐、味精:
步骤
1如图姜葱蒜切片,小米椒、青椒切碎备用

2金针菇洗净后一根一根的撕下备用

3肥牛拿出来解冻备用

4倒入葱姜蒜、小米椒青椒炒香

5加入金针菇翻炒至软

6倒入开水淹没材料,倒入适量蚝油、酱油、盐小火慢煮

7最好一开始用两个锅,一个炒菜一个烧开水将肥牛焯一次,记住变色就捞起,这样肥牛不老,而且去腥沥油

8然后肥牛倒入再加点味精,一起大火煮两分钟倒入碗里

9最后撒上葱花,加上白醋即可。(不喜欢吃醋的可以不加醋,就是金针菇肥牛)
