小技巧
1、虾要炸到虾壳脆,这样再放料煮就会很入味 2、椰浆或者用椰子汁或者原味酸奶,可以让咖喱菜更香浓郁,主要起到乳化作用 3、裹上椰丝,有点甜,跟咖喱真的很搭!
