1三文鱼切成适量大小的块;抹上海盐和胡椒粉备用;

2芦笋去老根,切成适量大小的段;

4煎香一面就翻面煎香另一面;

5另一锅中煮适量清水,水里放点油和盐,下芦笋焯熟,沥干;
