2麻椒爆香后捞出,放葱姜蒜

3加一勺半豆瓣酱炒出红油

4红油炒出后加些热水,糖醋各放一些,调调味儿,加些辣椒面,把豆腐块均匀的铺到锅中,盖上盖子

5烧开后将水淀粉均匀的洒入锅中,放点花椒面,尝一下,要是淡了就放点儿盐,用铲子沿着锅边向里推豆腐,从多个方向推,这样可以将花椒面和盐搅匀而且不会弄碎豆腐~
