小技巧
1.内酯豆腐难以完整取出,建议在盒子底部剪开四个小孔,然后再倒出 2.豆腐不要翻炒,只用锅铲慢慢往前推搅拌,保持豆腐完整 3.豆瓣酱本身很咸,不要加太多盐 4.勾芡可以让汤汁更容易粘在豆腐上
