1准备好食材,不粘锅

7煤气灶不好控制火候,就用电磁炉吧,不粘锅是两用的,电磁炉煤气灶都可以用

8电磁炉开最低档,全程最抵挡,煤气灶的话就用小火,黄油倒进去融化

9融化后倒入棉花糖搅拌均匀

10小火搅拌到融化,用木铲或者硬的硅胶铲
11融化后倒入奶粉

12小火搅拌均匀,然后把电磁炉或者煤气灶关掉,电磁炉还是有热度,把锅端下来
13把花生碎倒进去搅拌均匀

14搅拌到不粘手

15托盘里放好油纸,把搅拌好的牛轧糖放上去

16把牛轧糖整形,整成2cm厚的方块,有擀面杖擀平最好
