1鸡胸肉切丝,葱姜切片,干辣椒切段, 芹菜切段,芹菜我这次用的是那种小芹菜,这种芹菜吃起来很嫩,不像那种大芹菜吃起来有丝

2鸡柳加盐和少许白胡椒粉腌制5分钟

3锅里放油(基本炒菜最好是热锅凉油),放入腌制好的鸡柳

4炒至鸡柳颜色变白,然后盛出来备用

5净锅,再放少许油,放入干辣椒,葱姜片,炒香
