原料
鱼头: 1只, 菜园子剁椒酱: 50g, 蒜: 3-5瓣, 姜: 6-7片, 香菜,葱: 少许, 料酒,醋,蒸鱼豉油: 各约100ml, 盐,糖: 少许, 油: 100ml左右

1将新鲜鱼头洗净,大的话可以切几刀,可以更入味,我这个鱼头两斤

5姜蒜姜铺在旁内,鱼头置上,醋,料酒,蒸鱼豉油各倒一半,静置5分钟

6将剩下的醋,料酒,蒸鱼豉油,半罐菜园子剁椒酱,少许盐,糖,饮用水搅拌均匀
