原料
金针菇, 蒜, 香葱, 海天海鲜酱油, 海天蚝油, 色拉油, 盐, 糖
步骤
1金针菇、葱、蒜准备好

2蒜、葱切末

3海鲜酱油和蚝油加少许盐、白糖、水调匀,没有海鲜酱油,可以用生抽或鲜酱油代替

4金针菇剪去根部,用盐水泡一会,沥干水,排在盘子里

7把盘子放入微波炉,高水2分钟
