多年前,韓國烤饅頭曾經風靡一時,那香甜的表皮,鬆軟的內心,最打動我的是它酥脆的底, 最近南方春雨綿綿,潮濕的空氣讓人不想出門,吃過午飯,烤一爐香噴噴的蜂蜜小麵包,整個家都瀰漫著甜蜜溫暖的氣息!
原料
普通麵粉250克(我用的是古船富強粉), 牛奶120克, 酵母3克, 鹽3克, 雞蛋1個(留三分之一刷表面), 細砂糖50克, 底部蘸料;, 白芝麻5克, 細砂糖5克, 麵粉5克, 玉米澱粉5克, 清水適量, 玉米油, 表面刷液:, 蜂蜜一湯匙, 冷開水一湯匙

2將麵包材料全部拌勻

11碼放在刷油的烤盤中,每個表面壓一下

12烤箱放一杯熱水,將碼放整齊的烤盤放進烤箱進行最後發酵至2倍大
