雞腿 2個, 豆角 一大把, 麵條, 洋蔥 一個, 蒜苗, 蔥, 姜, 醬油, 胡椒粉, 花椒粉, 料酒, 鹽, 水澱粉
步驟
1豆角切碎斷,蒜苗切碎,洋蔥切碎粒,蔥切蔥花,姜切末

2雞腿去骨,去皮切丁,加醬油、油、鹽、料酒、胡椒粉和花椒粉腌制10分鐘

3炒鍋內放油,油熱後放蔥花和姜爆香

7然後放入高湯或開水,沒過菜面。大火煮開後轉中火10分鐘
