6蛋黃加入紅糖,油,拌均勻,然後篩入低筋麵粉!

7蛋白打到魚泡狀➕二分之一糖打發,打到有紋路➕剩下的糖,直到乾性泡發(打發蛋白之前先把蛋白放冰箱冷凍幾分鐘好打發)

8預熱烤箱160預熱10分鐘
9蛋白三分之一加入蛋黃糊中切拌均勻,然後全部加入打發的蛋白中,切拌均勻!然後裝入6寸的戚風模具!震幾下,把大氣泡震出來!

10放入烤箱,160度,35分鐘左右!
