原料
雞胸肉: 1塊, 方便麵: 1袋, 雞蛋: 1個, 澱粉: 3勺, 鹽: 2克~3克, 黑胡椒: 適量
步驟
1雞胸肉片成2-3片,視雞胸肉薄厚而定,黑胡椒,鹽均勻撒在雞胸肉片上,用刀背敲打雞胸肉片兩面,讓黑胡椒和鹽被雞胸肉更入味!敲打後腌制15分鐘左右!

2一個雞蛋打散,干澱粉,方便麵捏碎分別放在盤子裡!
