1鯽魚收拾乾淨,抽掉筋、洗掉黑膜,這兩樣東西都會讓湯變腥,要處理乾淨

4熱鍋下油,把魚兩面煎至焦黃(一定要先煎再加水,這樣湯才能濃白)

5煎好魚後加水燒開,加薑片(多加,味道會更好),湯水已經白的跟牛奶一樣了
