5蛋清打到大魚泡狀分三次加入細砂糖打到大彎勾

6取三分之一蛋白加到蛋黃糊中用刮刀拌勻,再加入剩下三分之二蛋白翻拌均勻

7取150克麵糊加入紅絲絨色素翻拌均勻

12轉個方向繼續畫Z字形

13畫完後輕輕刮平表面,放入180度預熱好的烤箱中下層烤15分鐘再移到中層烤5分鐘出爐震出熱氣,拎起油紙移到烤網上撕開四周的油紙晾涼

14晾涼後桌上墊油紙把蛋糕倒扣在油紙上,蛋糕一邊用刀切出斜角
