步驟
1鯛魚切片,用蛋清,胡椒粉,鹽,澱粉,葵花籽油腌制一下,

2萵筍去皮洗乾淨後切片待用,

3鍋里放油煸炒麻辣醬,薑片,蒜頭出香味和紅油,放一碗水,煮開後加入萵筍片繼續煮一會至斷生,放入腌制過的魚片,蓋上蓋子再次煮開
