1大米提前洗好,用清水泡1小時。(米一定要泡了再煮,容易熟而且不夾生)

4大火燒開後轉小火慢慢熬,大概5分鐘就熟了,視飯量和水量而定,注意別燒糊了

5油菜洗乾淨,臘腸切片,蘿蔔乾切小段

6油菜提前用水淖一下,淖的時候加幾滴油會讓菜變的脆綠脆綠的

7飯煮到8成熟的時候提前關火,鋪上臘腸、油菜、蘿蔔乾(榨菜乾也可以),打上雞蛋,蓋上蓋繼續煮熟,飯熟後繼續加蓋燜10分鐘
