2剁椒料里加些秘制黃豆醬更鮮;

3倒了點白酒去腥;

4蔥姜蒜、青 椒、紅椒、剁椒、白醋、生抽、海鮮醬、黃豆醬、鹽、糖、豬油、白酒混合拌好腌制20分鐘做成剁椒料;

5再加勺豬油拌勻;

6魚頭清洗後用黃酒澆魚頭,然後把魚頭均勻撒鹽和胡椒粉,輕輕按摩五分鐘,再把魚靜止1-2小時;
