雞胸肉(裡脊肉): 1塊, 麵包糠: 100克, 澱粉: 適量, 雞蛋: 2個
步驟
1將雞肉(裡脊肉)切成1cm厚度

2用肉鑿將肉橫豎各拍一遍,這樣可以使肉更嫩。(雞肉拍一面,裡脊肉兩面都要拍)

4準備麵粉,普通麵粉即可!(我用的是韓國炸粉)

7先將肉片用雞蛋裹一下,然後裹一層麵粉,最後裹五遍麵包糠

9全部裹好後,放置至少兩個小時(這樣可以讓麵包糠粘在肉上,不然很容易掉)

10大火燒油,油開後開始炸,雞肉變膨脹便可!
