步驟

2 燕麥消化餅乾放保鮮袋裡用擀麵杖壓碎

3 黃油切小塊放碗里,鎘水融化。也可以直接微波爐加熱融化

4 融化好的黃油和消化餅乾攪拌均勻

9 牛奶吉利片液體加入芒果泥中攪拌均勻

10 淡奶油300克,加入20克煉乳、20克細砂糖

14 鹽漬櫻花用溫水泡開,把鹽味洗乾淨

15 250克純凈水加入30克細砂糖、15克吉利丁粉,小火慢慢加熱至糖、吉利丁粉融化,熄火放涼

16 取出蛋糕,把放涼的吉利丁糖水沿著模具邊輕輕淋入,最好把清洗乾淨的櫻花擺入模具中,放入冰箱冷藏4個小時以上
