步驟
1先取少量豆角,把豆角摘成一小段一小段洗乾淨放入盤中

2在把馬鈴薯洗乾淨去皮,切成一小塊一小塊方到盤子裡

3然後把蔥、蒜切好放入碗中

5看到油鍋剛冒煙的時候把提前準備的蔥。姜、蒜放入鍋中爆炒(喜歡吃辣椒的可以放少量辣椒 )

6上色,取少量的醬油倒入鍋中

7看到鍋中的佐料顏色發生變化時,在把土豆放入鍋中,翻炒!

8翻炒一會兒之後把洗好的豆角也放入鍋中,和土豆一起炒!
