小技巧
1、除了咖喱沒有用任何調料,味道足夠,最後加的菠蘿還會有點果香 2、蝦仁、腰果、菠蘿要最後加,如果這些加早了蝦仁就不嫩了,腰果就不脆了,菠蘿加早了會出水分,炒飯就會濕粘 3、加了咖喱後一定要記得不停的翻炒、翻炒、翻炒,重要的事說三遍
