步驟
1低粉過篩。分開蛋白和蛋黃。蛋白裝入無油無水的乾淨盆里;蛋黃裝入另一盆,玉米油和酸奶一起加入蛋黃盆里
2蛋白用電動打蛋器打至粗泡,再加糖繼續打發成乾性發泡的蛋白霜(抬起打蛋頭可拉起2-3CM長挺立不彎曲的尖角)

3烤箱150度預熱。電動打蛋器轉入蛋黃盆里,低速攪打,均勻細膩即可
