裡脊: 300克大約吧,沒具體稱重,, 料酒: 適量, 澱粉: 半袋大概150--200克, 醋: 半碗適量,要比糖多一些,不酸不好吃, 白糖: 少半碗,, 姜: 4片, 醬油: 適量, 香菜: 2棵, 鹽: 適量, 雞蛋白: 一個, 胡蘿蔔: 半個
步驟
1肉,瘦肉,最好是裡脊,我用的是冰箱裡的凍肉,蛋白一個,蔥一段,姜

5肉加一點了料酒,一點醬油,一點鹽,15分鐘入味

6加入蛋白

7攪拌均勻

8澱粉提前加水泡辦個小時,靜止後倒掉上清液,也就是上面的清水

9肉加到澱粉中,清水倒掉澱粉可能有點乾了,沒關係用手抓抓就好了

12鍋內加油,其實油多點炸的好,7分熱時就加入裹好的肉,用手抓著肉在鍋里滑兩下在方里,以免粘鍋,每片最好都這樣做,家裡畢竟不能放一大鍋油,一定小心別燙到手哦
