菠蘿: 1個, 紫薯: 1個, 糯米: 一小碗, 葡萄乾: 適量
步驟
1將菠蘿一切兩半,用刀在果肉和皮的相交出劃一圈,然後用勺子沿劃痕把果肉整塊掏出!

2看!這是掏好的菠蘿碗!我用的台灣鳳梨,所以比較好掏的!如果你用的本地菠蘿的話,就只能一勺一勺來了!

3將菠蘿和紫薯切丁備用!

4把紫薯丁放在火上蒸熟備用!在此同時可以將糯米淘洗乾淨,放入電飯鍋中煮成糯米飯備用!

5將糯米飯放入菠蘿碗中至八分滿即可!然後放入紫薯丁、菠蘿丁、葡萄乾鋪滿菠蘿碗!
